Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must include all original packaging and accessories

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged through use

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@aura-clarity.com with the following:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return

We’ll provide instructions on where to send your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
